Business Continuity During COVID-19 Pandemic
As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our staff and the communities where we conduct business while continuing to provide the high level of service our clients have come to expect from us.
As a business unit of RTI International, our team is adhering to RTI’s guidance regarding business operations. RTI senior leadership meets regularly to carefully monitor this evolving situation; our leadership relies on authoritative sources of information such as the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local health departments, the World Health Organization (WHO), and Ministries of Health and the relevant U.S. Embassies for our global locations.
As of March 18, 2020, our staff is working remotely in accordance with guidance from world health agencies to minimize contact to slow the spread of the virus. We have systems and processes in place that allow our team to work remotely and will communicate any changes that may impact our clients.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
